I have worked with Jon on a number of projects and was delighted to reconnect when he joined Lindy Bop. He has clear strategic integrity and focus – he manages process and people extremely well. He is a shrewd judge of creative work and manages to link this to strong commercial awareness and drive. He manages to make work interesting and rewarding so in my book that makes him a top man.
